The Angolan international stated that it's still early to say whether the partnership with Dortley is the reason Chiefs have started positively.
Miguel and Dortley have played all three league games together and despite conceding in all the three games against Marumo Gallants, AmaZulu and Mamelodi Sundowns, they have only lost once. In the game against AmaZulu, Miguel didn't just score the winning goal but also won the Man of the Match award."He is a talented player and young. He is humble and he likes to listen. It's important young players have to listen even sometimes they don't want to listen but Dortley is a fantastic player. Fantastic human being. I am happy for him. For his performances also. He is doing great not only at Kaizer Chiefs but also for the national team. And he is starting a good career and I am happy for him also," Miguel told journalists.

The Angolan added that it's too early for him to talk about what the team will achieve this season, but that they will continue working hard to achieve their goals.
"It's too early. I can not talk about the future you know. I see a season as a marathon you know. We have run two miles now and we still have 30 miles to still run. We have a lot of things to improve and keep this mentality and we grow and the important thing for us is to keep going," Miquel concluded.
Chiefs had lost 2-1 against Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday at FNB Stadium, coming off the back of two wins from two games in the Betway Premiership before that.
