Fadlu Davids is the youngest coach in the Absa Premiership right now. The Maritzburg United tactician was finally awarded a permanent position as the club's head coach at the start of the season, after several spells moving between the assistant coach role and interim manager.
The faith shown by the Team of Choice has so far paid off, as he has helped them not only qualify for the MTN8, but has seen them progress through to the semi-finals.
Another exciting prodigy who is yet to be given a head coach role is that of Rhulani Mokwena. The tactician is highly rated, having spent time in England coaching, and his role in Mamelodi Sundowns' success last year cannot be underestimated.
He is now at Orlando Pirates as a secondary to Milutin Sredojevic, and he could very well day head the bench of a PSL club. While Muhsin Ertugral's former associate is Mayfair is currently coaching in New York.
