The story
South African football superstars of yesteryear, Shaun Bartlett and Mark Fish recently got the opportunity to pay a visit to their old stomping ground.
Bartlett and Fish were invited as special guests for Charlton's league clash against fellow promotion hopefuls, Birmingham City at the Valley, with the duo being greeted by the adoring Valliant's faithful.
The Charlton cult heroes might have been a good luck charm for their old club against Birmingham, with the Valiants claiming all three points in a 1-0 victory.
Bartlett took to Instagram to share highlights from his trip to London with Fish, where they caught up with former coach Alan Curbishley, as well as former teammates and club staff.
