The story
PUMA and AC Milan have officially unveiled the highly anticipated Home kit for the 2025/26 season, taking some inspiration from one of the most iconic symbols in the club's 125-year history.
Rooted in the vision of club founder Herbert Kilpin, who in 1899 declared Milan would be a "team of devils" with colours "red like flames and black to instil fear"— the new kit pays tribute to this enduring legacy.
The devil has since become a powerful emblem of AC Milan, beloved by fans worldwide. The 2025/26 kit reimagines this legacy with red and black stripes ignited by flame-inspired detailing, paired with a striking fiery red club crest.
The result is a modern, fierce look that honours Milan's storied past while energising the future — a design that's sure to spark passion among players and fans alike, especially after a disappointing 2024/25 campaign in all competitions.
"This kit blends tradition and modernity in a way that speaks to our heritage. It's another step forward in the stylistic journey we've built with PUMA, staying true to the club's identity while embracing subtle innovation," stated Maikel Oettle, AC Milan's Chief Commercial Officer.
Marco Mueller, PUMA's Senior Director of Product Line Management Teamsport Apparel, added:
"This season's kit is deeply rooted in AC Milan's origins while embracing the demands of today's fan. It's a powerful symbol of the club’s fearsome spirit and a continuation of its legendary identity."
This stunning new jersey will make its on-pitch debut on 24 May during Milan's final Serie A match of the season against Monza.
Fans can purchase the new Home kit starting Thursday, 22 May via PUMA.com, PUMA stores, and select retailers including Totalsports, Sportsmans Warehouse, Studio 88, and Takealot, with prices beginning at R1399.
