Let's take a look at three of his best Nike kicks from his sneaker collection...

Air Max

Sneakerheads the world over appreciate a pair of any Air Max kicks. The shoes are loved for their dynamic designs and the comfortable air units on the midsole of every pair.

Solomons styles in a pair of  Nike x Patta Air Max 1 'Monarch' sneakers. These beauties were designed by Nike in collaboration with Dutch streetwear and sneaker boutique, Patta.

These Nike Air Max 1s are inspired by the authentic connection between the Amsterdam-based brand and its streetwear-loving community.

Currently priced at R5 415 on Farfetch, this OG Air Max silhouette was updated with am eye-catching wave pattern on the mudguard on the shoes, giving it a more unique feel.

Nike Blazers

Solomons has a great eye for the classics. The young baller boats a pair of Nike Blazer Low '77 Jumbo Cream sneakers.

These kicks are a legendary design from Nike, and has been a  go-to trainer for skaters and sneakerheads alike for decades.

Priced at a reasonable R1 899 at Sportscene, these kicks stand out for its classic gum-sole and the oversized swoosh, which gives it a playful but inventive element.

The low-cut design is ideal for summer-inspired outfits and Solomons also knows how to style them for a formal/casual look:

Air Jordan 1

Arguably the most iconic Nike shoe of all time and the most sought after pair in Solomon's closest, the mythical Nike Air Jordan 1 "Bred" sneakers have quite the story to tell.

Priced at R9 762 on Farfetch, the Air Jordan High sneakers made its return in 2016 as part of Nike's "Banned" campaign, celebrating the history of the kicks.

As per Complex, the history of these iconic sneaker stretches back to its debut in 1984, when Michael Jordan stunned the NBA world with shoes that weren't predominantly white.

At the time, Michael Jordan was fined $5 000 by the NBA whenever he wore the shoes. The colours of the kicks broke the league's uniform rules at the time and the league  wrote letter to Nike in 1985, explaining that the black and red shoes were prohibited.

Nike made the most of the NBA's pushback by reportedly paying the fines for Michael Jordan and they built a huge ad campaign around them.

The legendary silhouette has been re-made and re-issued several times since the year 2000, making them an essential piece of any sneaker collection.
