The German playmaker has been praised all over the world for his latest performances in Arsenal colours, especially for his brilliant winning goal against Ludogorets in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.
Ozil is widely considered as the best German international in the Premier League at the moment, but there is another player who seems to be getting better and better.
Ilkay Gundogan, who joined the Citizens at the beginning of the season, has been impressing since his arrival in England, and although he's not usually known for scoring goals, he's already found the net five times in 10 matches for the Citizens!
Ozil, the City midfielder's international colleague and friend, recently wished him a happy birthday, which Gundogan celebrated last week.
