The story

Bafana Bafana international Cassius Mailula is enjoying a dream loan spell in Morocco with Wydad Athletic Club, with Rulani Mokwena helping to revive his career from his dire situation at Toronto FC.

According to local reports, Wydad have been left impressed by Mailula's recent performances — especially his five assists in the last five league matches — are eager to trigger the option to permanently sign the 23-year-old.

Affectionately known as "Cash Carry" by local supporters, he joined Wydad on a season-long loan in August, with the Moroccan club holding the option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the season.

Mailula's consistent showings in North Africa seem to be positively impacting his personal styling, with the baller showcasing some clean looks on his Instagram profile.

The diminutive baller is a huge fan of the pricey and popular LV Trainer Sneakers, which clear the R25 000 mark and mixes it up with some pieces from his boot sponsor, PUMA.
