Dear Soccer Laduma readers,
It gives me a great deal of pleasure to inform you that your favourite football newspaper is back on the shelves as of June 3rd. I'm 100% sure that you've missed us as much as we've missed you. We had to take the precautionary measures to help fight the Coronavirus pandemic by stopping printing and distributing our newspaper, in an attempt to minimise the potential risk of spreading the virus with your paper copies exchanging hands in the production and distribution line.
The lockdown has really hit us all hard and life has not been the same at all! I understand the frustration that comes with the restrictions that come with the lockdown but we just all have to play our part. I'm really hopeful that there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
We all can't wait for football action to get back because life has been so miserable without our favourite sport. I hope we all stick to the precautionary measures as given out by the government so that we can flatten the curve. If we do that, we will soon have everything back to normal sooner than later.
We look forward to cheering our teams back on the field and going to the stadiums. Let us not give up the fight against this pandemic, we are all in this together and we have it in ourselves to beat this virus. You're not alone, Soccer Laduma will continue to keep you informed and entertained throughout this difficult period. Being locked in the house without very little activity can't be good for anyone but with the lockdown restrictions being eased, we are slowly going back to normal.
We have done well so far and let's all hold hands and finish the job we've started. Let's continue to take great care, exercise caution, sanitise, keep social distancing, and remain indoors until it is completely safe to carry on with our lives. We are now officially back on the shelves although we are only on a limited print run until further notice. We are so excited to be back and can hardly wait to start interacting with you again. Thanks so much for being patient with us. We had to do what we had to do, now we are back and raring to go.
