Oupa Manyisa Praises Bucs Teammates

Orlando Pirates skipper, Oupa Manyisa, has praised his charges for their gutsy performance away in Mali in the first leg of the third round of their CAF Confederation Cup tie against AS Kaloum.   Gabuza, Manyisa Hands Bucs First Leg Win   The Buccaneers secured a major victory, beating their Guinean counterparts 2-0 at the Stade Modibo Keita, thanks to goals by Thamsanqa Gabuza and Manyisa.   The Soweto giants now carry a huge advantage heading into the second leg when the teams meet in South Africa next month.   'Ace' says that the team showed true character in their away game.    "What won us the game is the character we showed. We showed true fighting character and from the word go we wanted to win the game, " Manyisa told the Siya crew.   "We knew that an away win would put us at an advantage to win at home and qualify for the group stages. It was a great performance from the team and we deserved the win," the Bucs captain observed.   Manyisa will look to inspire his colleagues when they welcome Kaloum Star for the second leg.
