The Buccaneers forward bagged his first career hat-trick at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday evening and gave credit to his strike partner for his display against the Gabonese side.
"I always wanted to play with Gabuza, he's a good player, with two strikers I think we have chances of scoring and I'm happy to score the three goals and I'd like to dedicate it to him my two beautiful goals." Erasmus said after the game.
"He (Gabuza) is a very aggressive striker, he makes things easier for me to play off him and I can only give credit to him, he hasn't played much but he showed that he's hungry and we a team at the end of the day, we showed character.
"We helped one another in offense and defence, so it was good for the team to get the win and go to the next round."
Erasmus also has heaped praise on Sifiso Myeni, after he picked up two assists in the 3-0 win.
"Myeni gave two beautiful assists, the second one was the best one, he's good with the outside of the foot, I knew when I pointed into the space, he would play it perfectly and I just had to round the keeper and put in the back of the net," he added.
