Pirates Confirm CAF departure schedule
The lanky midfield hard-man has attributed Bucs' success in the CAF competition to the will and desire for continental club success.
"I can't explain it. Every time we win a game in the CAF Confed Cup our level of intensity increases," Sarr tells the crew.
"The closer you get to the finish line the stronger your feel. Now that we are in the group stages we want to progress to the knockout stages, we want to be the best in our group."
"You can see it among the players, they want to win this cup. All the players here at Pirates want to leave their own legacies and emulate the class of 1995," adds the Senegalese.
"As a player, this is the kind of environment you want to be in and I'm happy to be part of such a team, concludes the 28-year old Bucs enforcer.
Pirates are scheduled to leave for Congo on Thursday and will face Leopards at the Stade Denis Sassou Nguesso Stadium on Saturday.
The game will start at 15h00 local time.
