Bucs To Register Duo For CAF The Buccaneers will on Thursday (June 25) travel to Congo for their CAF Confederation Cup Group B opening tie against The Beasts from Niari. Despite the fact thay they have already been there before (in Congo) during their successful 2013 Champions League campaign, the defender says it's never easy to play in Africa. He told the Siya crew that it's only hard work and team spirit that sees them do well in Africa. "It's tough and always difficult playing in Africa. But as Orlando Pirates we have an unbelievable team spirit that keeps us going. You know different countries have different challenges and you have to get used to all of them and focus on the game. "We now know what to expect when we travel to Africa and we are always in one spirit as a team and we support each other which helps the team. "As we speak now we are ready for AC Leopards. We have been at that stadium before and we are going for a win. The worst we can do is a draw," the Mpumalanga-born defender concluded. The Buccaneers will next welcome Zamalek on July 11 and then travel to Tunisia to play CS Sfaxien on July 25, who they will then host at home on August 8.
