Giovanni Solinas Is Confident Kaizer Chiefs Can Win In The CAF CC
Giovanni Solinas has admitted that Kaizer Chiefs 'didn't find much' about their CAF Confederation Cup opponents tonight, but still thinks they can get the job done.   Read: Maluleka Highlights Chiefs' CAF Ambitions...   The Glamour Boys return to CAF action this evening after a two-year absence from continental competition, with Zimamoto of Zanzibar their first challenge in the 2018/19 tournament.   Chiefs know that home advantage is key in these competitions, and their Italian coach says that his side already looks eager to bounce back from yet another disappointing Soweto Derby defeat over the weekend.   Speaking to the club's official website after a training session in Port Elizabeth, Solinas said, "We want to go all the way in the tournament and win it… You can see for yourself – watch the guys train, they really look energetic. If you watched carefully, you saw an element of rebounding after this weekend's loss.    "We have a strong squad to compete in any competition. There's a good vibe and energy in the team. Any coach would like to have this kind of response after a loss.    "We want to take an advantage to the second leg. We found a clip to watch their game. We didn't find much info about them, but that what we found is enough to plot a strategy to beat them."   The game at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium will get underway at 19h30.
