Sfaxien, who lost to Pirates in the first leg of the encounter in Tunisia two weeks ago, will be desperate for a win in Mzansi to keep their tournament hopes alive.
The Tunisian side sit on one point at the bottom of the group alongside AC Leopards, and both teams know that nothing but a result will do for them to stay in contention for progression.
Meanwhile, the Buccaneers who sit on six points, three behind leaders Zamalek, will know that a win over their Tunisian counterparts will be a major step towards claiming one of the top two spots in the group and advancing to the semi-finals.
A win for both Zamalek and Pirates will guarantee them semi-final spots with just top place in the group left to battle for.
