Platinum Stars will host Mozambican side Uniao Do Songo at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in their Confederation Cup preliminary round tie.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 20h00.
Dikwena qualified for the Confederation Cup after finishing third in the 2015-2016 Absa Premiership campaign.
Cavin Johnson's charges come into this encounetr on the back 0-0 draw with Soweto giants, Orlando Pirates on Wednesday evening.
Should Stars make it past the Mozambicans, they will then face either Uganda's SC Vipers or Comoro outfit, Volcan de Moroni.
The second leg will take place in Mozambique next weekend.
