The Brazilians currently top Group B ahead of Sunday evening's clash at the Cairo International Stadium, having recorded a 2-1 win over Enyimba in their last encounter.
Mosimane told journalists that there are no easy games in this competition, as they are facing teams that are champions in their respective countries.
"There are no easy games in this competition. Every team is a champion in their countries which makes it tough for every team," Mosimane said.
"We have played against tough oppositions before and we know how to approach the game. We will do the same against Zamalek and make sure that we don't drop the ball. Obviously we want a win and that's what we will be fighting for today."
