Pitso Mosimane has stated clearly in a press conference that he won't be resting any players as the Chloorkop-based club will look to finish off their Egyptian opponents.
Should Masandawana do the double over Zamalek, Mosimane's side will top group B, with the second leg against Enyimba still set to take place.
Sundowns claimed a 2-1 win over Zamalek in Cairo on 17 July 2016, when Khama Billiat netted the winning goal that saw Mosimane's side needing just one more point to qualify for a spot in the semi-finals.
