Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu have discovered their opponents for the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.
Sundowns reached the quarter-final stage last season but were eliminated by eventual winners Al Ahly, who are managed by Pitso Mosimane.
Usuthu, meanwhile, will be making their debut on the continent after finishing second in the DStv Premiership last season.
Benni McCarthy's charges have been drawn against Malawian outfit Nyasa Big Bullets in the first preliminary round.
Sundowns, meanwhile, have been given a bye in the first round but will face the winner of the tie between Bouenguidi Sports and AS Maniema Union.
