Former Mamelodi Sundowns midfield maestro, Ernest "Wire" Mtawali, believes that Sundowns are showing maturity playing in Africa and praised them following their win over Egyptian giants, Zamalek.

Sundowns now have two wins in Group B of the CAF Champions League and lead the three team group with six points, after beating Zamalek SC 2-1 on Sunday in Cairo, and Mtawali has praised the team for their performances in the continental competition.
"Coach Pitso has built a very good side," he told the Siya crew. "They started quite badly, but now they are showing maturity at the right time."

The 49-year-old also believes that the Brazilians can lift the trophy this season, the benefits of which will reverberate throughout South African football.
"Looking at the way they are playing they can reach the final and even win it. They have what it takes and it's good for South African football," the former Malawi coach added.
