RATINGS:

Denis Onyango: 6/10   Returned to the starting line-up and made a brilliant save in the opening 10 minutes, but was largely untested after that.   Thapelo Morena: 7.5/10   Another returnee to the Sundowns side, Morena's pace down the right flank was a real problem for the Lobi Stars defence as was evident for his goal in the first half.   Wayne Arendse: 6.5/10   Kept things tidy at the back and did well to restrict the visitors from creating chances in the box.   Ricardo Nascimento: 6.5/10   Nascimento has built a good understanding with Arendse, and the two complimented each other well as Sundowns kept a clean sheet.   Tebogo Langerman: 6.5/10   Langerman was impressive on both ends of the pitch down left, although he did not venture forward as much Morena did.   Hlompho Kekana: 7/10   The Sundowns skipper was key to helping Sundowns dominate the encounter from the onset as he took control of the midfield battle.   Tiyani Mabunda: 6/10   Mabunda only played one half, but he did well to protect the back four before he was hauled off at the halftime break.   Themba Zwane: 7/10   As he usually does, Zwane was involved in a number of Sundowns' attacks on the night, and he managed to get on the score-sheet with a composed finish in the first half.   Gaston Sirino: 7/10   The Uruguayan was a threat from the onset and played a major role in the win by setting up two of Sundowns' three goals on the night.    Anthony Laffor: 6.5/10   Laffor was back in the side after starting the midweek game on the bench and he put in a decent shift on the right flank, where linked up well with Morena at times. He did squander a good couple chances in the first half though.   Lebohang Maboe: 7/10   Maboe continues to thrive in the number nine role as he bagged his first Champions League with an impressive individual effort, while he struck up a good understanding with the likes of Sirino and Maboe.   Substitute:   Rivaldo Coetzee: 6/10   Replaced Mabunda in the midfield at the start of the second half and kept things simple alongside Kekana.
