Sundowns have already secured their spot in the semi-finals of Africa's premier club competition, having won three straight group matches.
Having seen off the likes of Zamalek and Enyimba, the new Sundowns captain says they have the players to win the title.
"We have professional players who have the ambitions and determination to do well in every competition that we play in," Kekana told journalists.
"For now our focus is on winning the CAF Champions League and be counted amongst the best in Africa. We know it won't be easy but with the team we have we can win it. We are almost there and we have to continue the fight."
