SAFA have confirmed that second friendly between Banyana Banyana and Brazil will take place at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
The first international friendly between the two nations will take place on Friday evening at Orlando Stadium.
Banyana and Brazil will then meet four days later at Moses Mabhida Stadium and will serve as preparations for next year's FIFA Women's World Cup.
Statement:
The South African Football Association (SAFA) has confirmed that the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban will host the second international friendly between African champions Banyana Banyana and Copa América Femenina winners Brazil.
The two sides meet in the first match at Orlando Stadium on Friday 2 September 2022 and then face off in the second encounter three days later at the Durban venue. SAFA confirmed on Monday afternoon that both matches will kick off at 18h00.
Coach Desiree Ellis' charges assembled for camp in Johannesburg on Monday as they prepare for the assignment against the South Americans, who won an eighth Copa América Femenina after they beat hosts Colombia 1-0 in July.
This match is part of the SASOL-sponsored side's preparations for the FIFA Women's World Cup to be played in Australia and New Zealand next year.
