Banyana Banyana head coach Desiree Ellis believes the professionalism of the overseas-based players will rub off on the rest of the squad.
Spanish-based trio Thembi Kgatlana and Noko Matlou and Amanda Mthandi are all in camp ahead of the upcoming friendlies against Zambia and Botswana.
Kgatlana has impressed for Eibar this season after netting 10 goals in 24 appearances and the Banyana head coach feels the attacker's improved finish can benefit the squad.
"It's gone really well, we have Thembi, Noku and Amanda in camp and you can already see the professionalism rubbing off on the players," Ellis told SAFA media.
"That is what we anticipated, but it is another challenge for this group of players. Zambia is most probably ahead of us in terms of preparation as they are also getting ready for the Olympics.
"Botswana's been in camp, this is their second week. So, they might also be ahead of us but that is challenges we put to the players is to consistently raise the levels and raise themselves because we all know when everyone is available, it's more difficult with selection.
"So, if you raise your hand, we have a difficult decision, but training has been really good over the last couple of days and we really looking forward to the rest of the week to complete the training and we've been joking with Thembi to say she's done really well. We looking forward to seeing here in Banyana.
"When you look at the training we had, you could see here finishing has improved and I know that will rub off on the players. That has been a big Achilles heel for us and if we sort them out, half the battle will be won."
