The South African national women's team is expected to appoint a new coach to replace Vera Pauw. According to a source close to Pepper, the coach is interested in the Banyana job, with her CV having already been forwarded to SAFA.
Pepper is the only female coach in the ABC Motsepe League and has done fairly well in her job at the Gauteng third tier club in recent times.
"Tracy-Lee Pepper is one of the coaches interested in the Banyana Banyana job. Her CV has been forwarded to SAFA and they are the ones to make a decision. She is still with Alexandra United and has done fairly well with the team over the years," a source told the Siya crew.
