South Africa will take on Nigeria on 7 June in Oyo before taking on neighbours Zimbabwe in Bloemfontein on 11 June.
While he has kept a large majority of his core squad, the Belgian coach has made a few changes, most notably the return of Burnley striker Lyle Foster and FCSB's Siyabonga Ngezana to the fold.
Both players missed out on Bafana's last encounters due to various reasons.
There were also a number of players who have been rewarded for their consistent performances in the DStv Premiership like Stellenbosch's Thabo Moloisane (Stellenbosch), Given Msimango (Kaizer Chiefs) and Tshepang Moremi (AmaZulu), while Orlando Pirates star Tshegofatso Mabasa is a surprise exclusion.
