Bafana Bafana came from a goal down to hold 164-ranked Andorra to a stalemate in the FIFA Series on Thursday evening.
Despite the draw, coach Hugo Broos believes the team learnt a lot after playing together for the first time and without mentioning names – was pleased with some players on the day.
SuperSport United goalkeeper Ricardo Goss made an uncharacteristic error earlier on and allowed Ricardo Fernandez to capitalise and broke the deadlock.

However, Bafana's own debutant in Elias Mokwana who excelled on the flanks, levelled with a smart finish from a tight angle.
"I think we learnt a lot today, it's very difficult to play against them and I think thereof it was a good experience for the young guys who played today for the first time," Broos said after the game, via the SAFA media department.
The fast difference in playing styles were also glaring for the Belgian even against opposition ranked as low as 164th in the world, though the missed chances were their undoing.

It's something that does worry the coach who believes with a proper finisher, Bafana should have bagged the contest with relative ease.
"So, I think today they know what the difference is in the PSL and this kind of games even when you play against a team ranked 150 or something (164th) on the FIFA rankings so that means it was also the goal of today for us to give those players the chances to have the experience first of all.
"And again, I'm satisfied, really satisfied. I think it showed again, it showed again and this is a problem for South African football, we don't really have that scorer - the guy who with one chance, scores the goal," Broos said.
"If you see the six, seven chances today, we only scored once so this game you always have to win if you are more aggressive.
"If you have more quality in front of goal and you win this game, but again it's a little thing I'm not satisfied but for the rest again there are a few guys that satisfied me a lot," he continued.
The AFCON bronze medal winners will face off with Algeria on Tuesday in their last clash at the FIFA Series.
