The Frenchman, who won the Champions League under Guardiola in 2009, has insisted Ancelotti is unlikely to survive his side's poor season.
"This is Real Madrid, if you don't deliver every year, you have to go. That's just how it is," the Sky Sports pundit said.
"We would be happy to see him in the Premier League. He's a great manager and a great guy."
Henry also believes Zidane could be promoted from his role as Castilla coach (Real's B-side) and emulate Pep Guardiola's success story at Barcelona.
"I think Zidane can take the job because Pep Guardiola had to do that," he added.
"When he was with the youth team at Barca everyone said it was too early but he did it well.
"Zidane can be the guy and one thing in his favour is the crowd would be patient because he is a legend."
