With the 2020/21 Premier League campaign now in full swing, we had a look at the highest-paid players at each of the 20 clubs. The list is topped by a Manchester United star, and includes three African players!

With matchday six set to be completed on Monday night when Tottenham Hotspur travel to Burnley, Spurs forward Harry Kane is his side's top earner, with the club captain pocketing £200 000 (R4.2 million) per week.
However, United goalkeeper David de Gea is currently the league's top earner, receiving £375 000 (R7.9 million) weekly at Old Trafford.
Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne follows in second place with weekly wages of £320 000 (R6.8 million), while Mesut Ozil, who has not been registered for the league campaign by Arsenal, completes the podium with his earnings of £269 000 (R5.7 million) a week.
Mohamed Salah is the highest-paid African in the English top flight, receiving £200 000 (R4.2 million) a week from Liverpool.

At the bottom of the pile is Brighton Hove Albion's Pascal Gross and Sheffield United's Phil Jagielka, who both earn £50 000 (R1.1 million) a week, while Leeds United's top earner is Patrick Bamford with weekly wages of £35 000 (R738 000) – you can see the complete list in the gallery above!
