We are set for four highly-anticipated UEFA Champions League semi-finals, and you can watch all of them live on SuperSport! Read a short preview for all the games here!
The first quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League pits two of the most prolific attacks in Europe against each other, with Atalanta scoring 98 Serie A goals this season and PSG averaging nearly three goals a game before their league campaign was called off. It's been a dream debut campaign for the Italian outfit, one they'd love to continue with what would be a fairytale win over the star-studded French champions, who are looking to reach the last four for the first time in 25 years.
Leipzig are in the knockout stages of the tournament for the first time, and will face Spanish opposition for the first time when they take on Atletico in the second quarter-final. Los Rojiblancos, who knocked out defending champions Liverpool in the previous round, will look to maintain their proud recent tournament record as they attempt to reach the semi-finals for the fourth time in six years.
FC Barcelona are in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League for a 13th straight time, a new record in the competition. The last time the two teams met, Barca knocked Bayern out in 2014/15, but the Blaugrana have suffered more defeats against the German giants than against any other opponent in the competition, losing five of their eight clashes. Bayern are still unbeaten in 2020 and have won all of their eight Champions League games so far this season.
City are the clear favourites for this clash, but they will be wary of Lyon after the Ligue 1 club eliminated Juventus in the previous round. Pep Guardiola's side is still unbeaten in the competition this season, winning six of their eight games, while Lyon have already lost three times. They met in the 2018/19 UCL group stage, when the French side beat City in Manchester before drawing the return fixture 2-2 in France.
