The venue for the MTN8 final between Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City has been announced.
The final is set to be played on October 30 and it has now been announced that it will be played in Durban at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
The draw for who will be the home team in the final was also conducted by the Premier Soccer League at an event held in Sandton, Johannesburg. Cape Town City will be the home team for the final.
City have beaten AmaZulu quarterfinals, as well as Swallows FC over two legs in the semis, to get to the final of the competition. Sundowns, meanwhile, got past Kaizer Chiefs in the last eight and overcame Golden Arrows in the last four to book their spot in the final.
The 2020 final between Orlando Pirates and Bloemfontein Celtic was also played at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
