Moses Mabhida Among Stadiums Considered For Sundowns And City MTN8 Final

Moses Mabhida Among Stadiums Considered For Sundowns And City MTN8 Final

With the Premier Soccer League expected to announce the venue for this year's MTN8 final, rumours doing the rounds are that one of the iconic 2010 FIFA World Cup stadiums is being considered to host the match.

Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City will battle it out for the R8 million grand prize in this year's MTN8 final on October 30 after they beat Golden Arrows and Swallows FC respectively in the semifinals of the prestigious competition.

While the football fraternity waits on the official confirmation from the league regarding the venue for the final, talk is that Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium could be set to be given the nod to host the Brazilians and the Citizens.

While we wait in anticipation for the official announcement, Soccer Laduma takes a look at the stadiums that have hosted MTN8 finals in the last five years.
