Wales international Gareth Bale has discussed his future at Real Madrid and the ongoing links with Jose Mourinho's Manchester United.
Man Utd Legend: Bale Will Join The Red Devils One Day
The 28-year-old's future has been a hot topic over the past few weeks, with many believing that Los Blancos may be willing to sell the winger in order to sign Kylian Mbappe from Monaco in this window.
However, after Real's 2-1 win over the Red Devils in the UEFA Super Cup on Tuesday night, Bale dismissed that notion that he was thinking of leaving the Spanish giants.
"Obviously, I feel like I'm happy to fight for my place," Bale said, as quoted by the Daily Mirror.
"We're all fighting for our places. It's nothing new in football, it happens at every club, you just carry on like normal.
"What do you want me to say? I'm concentrating on my football, I'm concentrating on getting my fitness up, I'm happy I'm playing football, I'm winning trophies so, yeah, I don't want to move – there's not really much more I can say.
"It (the speculation) doesn't bother me at all. I really don't read it. Obviously there's been a lot of it over the last few days that I get told about, but it doesn't bother me. I've had it about 10, 11 years now, so it's nothing new.
"The club hasn't said anything (about selling). We've spoken, they're happy with everything and, yeah, for me, I just want to concentrate now on getting fit, on getting ready for the new season and playing as well as I can.
"There's been no need for anything, everything has gone as normal, like it has every year. There's been the normal speculation like there is every year.
"I think, obviously, it's a little bit more hyped up because we were playing United so, yeah, it's one of those things."
Mourinho Ends Pursuit Of Real Star
Bale has made 151 appearances for the Madrid club since joining them in 2013, scoring 67 goals and assisting in 52 further strikes.
