Los Blancos won their final league game of the season 2-0 at Malaga, thanks to goals from Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.
They finished the campaign on 93 points, three more than bitter rivals FC Barcelona, who beat Eibar 4-2 in their final league match of the campaign.
Overall, Real have now secured their 33rd league title – more than any other club in Spain, and nine more than Barcelona.
It was also Ronaldo's second La Liga trophy since moving to Spain, with Los Blancos replacing 2015/16 champions Barca.

The Spanish giants took their celebrations to Cibeles, a famous fountain in Madrid, where the players arrived following an open-top bus parade in the middle of the night. Real are, however, yet to officially receive the La Liga trophy and their winner's medals.
