Hungary, Scotland, Slovakia and North Macedonia – who have now qualified for their first-ever Euros – complete the 24-team line-up for the tournament.
The latter beat Georgia 1-0 thanks to a goal by 37-year-old Goran Pandev, while Scotland needed penalties to see off Serbia.
Slovakia broke Northern Ireland hearts when they scored the winner in extra-time of their tie, while Hungary defeated Iceland with two very late goals, in the 88th and 92nd minutes, to win their play-off 2-1.
As a consequence, Hungary slotted into Group F – the so-called "Group of Death" – which includes defending champions Portugal, 2018 FIFA World Cup winners France and Germany, who are the joint-most successful team in Euro history alongside Spain.
Here are all the confirmed groups:
Group A: Turkey, Italy, Wales, Switzerland
Group B: Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Russia
Group C: Netherlands, Ukraine, Austria, North Macedonia
Group D: England, Croatia, Scotland, Czech Republic
Group E: Spain, Sweden, Poland, Slovakia
Group F: Hungary, Portugal, France, Germany

The top two teams from each group, as well as the four best third-placed nations, will qualify for the knockout stages.
The tournament was supposed to take place in 2020, but was moved to 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, UEFA decided to stick with its original "Euro 2020" naming because, at the time it was postponed, most marketing and merchandising products made for the competition had already been produced.
The showpiece will take place between 11 June and 11 July 2021, and will be the first European Championship to be hosted in 12 different countries, with the final being played at Wembley Stadium in England.
