United did a pull goal back with 10 minutes left on the clock as van de Beek marked his debut with a neat finish into the bottom corner after Palace failed to clear.
However, Zaha ended any hopes of a comeback by bagging his third goal in the 86th minute with a neat finish from the edge of the box against his former side as Palace maintain their winning start to the season.
