Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich entertain RB Leipzig in a top-of-table encounter at the the Allianz Arena on Saturday evening.
Both sides come into the clash on the back of UEFA Champions League action, as Bayern were held to a 1-1 draw by Atletico Madrid while Leipzig edged Istanbul Basaksehir.
In the Bundesliga, Hans Flick have been the pace setters for most of the 2020/2021 season but the only sit two points above Leipzig who were made to sweat for their win for Arminia Bielefeld last weekend.
Robert Lewandowski, who was rested against Atletico, is back in the line-up this evening and will look extend his seven goals in nine matches against Leipzig.
Leipzig, meanwhile, are yet to find a serious successor to Timo Werner as full-back Angelino remains their top scorer in the league with four goals while Yussuf Poulsen has contributed with three goals.
Fans will be hoping for a winner tonight after both of last season's league encounters finished all square, although Leipzig's last win over Bayern came in 2018.
