Bayern Munich reclaimed top spot in the Bundesliga after cruising to a 5-0 win over Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena.
Arjen Robben opened the scoring in the 18th minute for Bayern, as the winger cut onto his left foot at the edge of the penalty area, before bending a stunning strike in at the far post,? 1-0.
Robert Lewandowski made it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. It was the easiest of finishes past the scrambling goalkeeper after a shot deflected kindly into his path unmarked at the far post.
The game went into the interval with Bayern leading Wolfsburg by 2-0. Bayern were seemingly enjoying a two goal cushion while Wolfsburg had a lot to do in the second-half.
Robert Lewandowski scored the third goal and his second of the match in the 58th minute, as he reacted in a fraction of a second to redirect Muller's strike into the back of the net.
Thomas Muller then netted his first Bundesliga goal of the season in the 74th minute, with a simple finish, after profiting from an error, 4-0.
Douglas Costa put the icing on the cake in the 86th minute with a stunning lightning bolt strike that sailed into the top corner, 5-0
