Honduras and Mexico secured their ticket this week after beating the USA and Canada in the semi-finals of the CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship, respectively.
The two sides progressed to the final of that competition to ensure their place at the Tokyo Olympics, which will take place between 21 July and 7 August.
The draw for the Olympic men's and women's football tournaments will take place on 21 April at FIFA's headquarters, where South Africa's U23 side will find out which teams they will face in the group stage.
Amaglug-glug qualified after finishing third at the U23 Africa Cup of Nations in 2019, with Egypt and Ivory Coast being the other two representatives from CAF.
"I am extremely thrilled that the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Football Tournament draws are finally upon us – an exciting milestone in our preparations to host Olympic football once more after Tokyo 1964, as well as to welcome the women's game to an Olympic Games in Japan for the first time," Mikako Kotani, Tokyo 2020 sports director, told FIFA's official website.
