The French giants beat the Bavarians 3-2 in the first leg in Munich thanks to a brace by Kylian Mbappe and despite having just six shots compared to Bayern's 31.
The Bundesliga club, though, failed to make their dominance count and missed the killer instinct of injured striker Robert Lewandowski, while Serge Gnabry was ruled out after testing positive for COVID-19.
Both those players will also miss the second leg, while Marquinhos, who netted PSG's second goal in Munich, and Juan Bernat are sidelined for the Ligue one club.

Tonight's hosts have won all of their four home matches against Bayern, and are unbeaten against German opposition at home, having won eight and drawn one of those clashes.
Mauricio Pochettino's men have also won 16 of their 17 UEFA competition ties when they recorded a first-leg away win, with the exception being their 3-3 aggregate exit against Manchester United when the Premier League side overturned a 2-0 home defeat by beating PSG 3-1 in Paris.
The same scoreline would see Bayern go through tonight, with their last European away defeat dating back to a 3-0 loss in Paris in 2017. They have since gone unbeaten in 17 games outside of Munich, winning 13 and drawing four to set a new Champions League record.
Bayern have also ended victorious in nine of their past 11 meetings against French teams, with their two defeats coming against Les Parisiens. Hansi Flick's men have also managed to overturn two of their six European ties after losing the first leg at home.
Here is how both clubs line up:
PSG: Navas; Dagba, Danilo, Kimpembe, Diallo; Paredes, Gueye; Di María, Neymar, Draxler; Mbappé.
Bayern: Neuer; Pavard, Boateng, Hernández, Davies; Kimmich, Alaba; Sané, Müller, Coman; Choupo-Moting.
Do you think Bayern can overturn their first-leg defeat, or will PSG advance to the semi-finals?
