Chelsea secured passage to the UEFA Champions League semi-finals despite suffering a 1-0 loss to FC Porto in the second leg of their quarter-final.
Thomas Tuchel opted for three changes from the 2-0 win in the first leg seven days ago, with Thiago Silva, Christian Pulisic and N'Golo Kante recalled to the starting line-up.
Porto were nearly gifted a way back into the tie on 11 minutes when Edouard Mendy's poor pass landed at the of Corona, but Jorginho was on hand to deny the midfielder a clear sight at goal.
The visitors continued to push for an opening and should have went ahead on 33 minutes when Ben Chillwell's error allowed Corona one-on-one with Mendy, but the Porto star sent his effort over the crossbar.
While the Portuguese were in attack mode from the onset, the Blues took a while to get going although the Porto defence, led by Pepe, did well to stifle any potential threat in the first half.
The Blues came out to the second half with a lot more attacking intent, as Pulisic and Mason Mount went close to breaking the deadlock in the opening 15 minutes.
Mendy was called upon just after the hour mark, with the Blues shot-stopper keeping Mehdi Taremi's header as Porto regain a bit of dominance in the second half.
With time running out, Porto threw on Nanu and Evanlison for Wilson Manafa and Moussa Marega in the final 15 minutes but the Premier League outfit remained resolute.
Porto did manage to get the breakthrough on 90 minutes thanks to Taremi's superb acrobatic effort, but it proved to be to late as Tuchel's charges advanced to the final four where they will meet either Real Madrid or fellow English side Liverpool.
