UEFA have announced their breakthrough Champions League Team of the Year for 2016, featuring stars from FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

These 11 players were selected by UEFA have been the breakthrough stars for 2016, while Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has been named of for the Breakthrough XI.
Borussia Dortmund boast three players in the team, while FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich have two players each.
