UEFA have announced the Men's Player of the Season for the 2020/21 season along with all the positional awards.

The Blues walked away with the big prize last season after defeating Manchester City 1-0 in the final back in May.

So it's no surprise that Jorginho has been named Men's Player of the Season award ahead of N'Golo Kante and Kevin de Bruyne.
Kante did not leave empty-handed as he was named Men's Midfielder of the Tournament after his impressive displays in Chelsea's continental triumph.

The Citizens didn't walk away empty handed though, as Portugal International Ruben Dias was named Men's Defender of the Season to go along with all the accolades he won last term.
