Two-time World Cup winner Rivaldo has revealed his favourite to win this year's UEFA Champions League, and the Brazilian legend snubbed Real Madrid and his former club FC Barcelona.

The Champions League group stages kicked off earlier this week where the biggest talking point was undoubtedly Los Blancos' shocking 3-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
Following the match, Rivaldo shared his belief that PSG's performance made them favourites to lift the coveted trophy this season, while Real have a lot of work to do to save their campaign.
"Zinedine Zidane has a lot of work to do to get his team back to what it was when they won three consecutive Champions League titles," Rivaldo told Betfair.

"But Madrid always are always a prize scalp for opponents, after winning so many titles in the past, so they need to give everything they have in every match.
"On the other hand, PSG were excellent in Paris with all their players performing well.
"It was a football lesson and if they follow this performance pattern, they should be considered favourites to win the Champions League..."

Rivaldo won the 2002/03 Champions League trophy during his time with Italian side AC Milan after spending five seasons with Barca.
