Report: UEFA Make Decision On Real Madrid's UEFA Champions League Fate

UEFA have reportedly made a decision on Real Madrid's Champions League status after their involvement in the proposed European Super League.

Los Blancos were one of 12 clubs who announced their intension of joining a breakaway league that would rival the current Champions League.

However, a number of clubs decided to pull out this week due to the backlash from supporters and former players.

There were reports that Real would be eliminated from the Champions League due Florentino Perez's prominent role in the Super League.

However, Diario Sport reported that Los Blancos will not be eliminated as UEFA's Executive Committee do not have the power to impose such a sanction.

Zinedine Zidane's turn their attention to Tuesday night's semi-final against Premier League giants Chelsea in the Spanish capital.

The Blues and Manchester City were the other semi-finalists to have initially joined the Super League, while Perez claimed that Paris Saint-Germain were not even invited.
