The Senegalese was subjected to racist abuse during Napoli's encounter with Inter Milan at the San Siro on Boxing Day last month.
Afterwards, many footballers from around Europe showed their support for the defender, who has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United over the past few months.
There have been reports that Koulibaly is looking to leave Napoli due to the racism he has encountered, but manager Ancelotti was quick to silence those claims.
"In England, they write that Koulibaly can leave because of the problem of racism," the Italian tactician was quoted as saying by talkSPORT.
"I do not think so, Koulibaly is happy in Naples, he's upset like others, but it will not be a trigger for a goodbye.
"He never showed it, he wants to stay in Naples and in Italy, a country he likes very much."
