Just weeks after returning to Juventus following a six-year spell at Manchester United, Paul Pogba has suffered a major blow in Italy.
According to a statement on the club's official website, the midfielder has torn his meniscus and is set to "undergo a specialist orthopaedic consultation", and will miss the team's upcoming trip to Dallas.

Upon his departure from the Red Devils at the end of June, Pogba said he was desperate to show United and other clubs who did not move for him that they had made a mistake.
This came after the Frenchman's final campaign in England was disrupted by hamstring and calf issues, which saw his minutes decrease when he was fit due to his long spells out of the side.
Pogba's eagerness to get back to his best in club football led to a sense of optimism at the Bianconeri, but the 29-year-old might now be forced to serve yet another extended period on the sidelines.
