Earlier this week, the 29-year-old Belgium international completed a return to Inter on loan from Chelsea, where he struggled to hit the ground running following his club-record arrival last year.
The Serie A giants have since welcomed three more players to the club in the form of free agents Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Andre Onana, as well as Kristjan Asllani, who joins from Empoli.
After hearing of Inter's interest, Mkhitaryan decided to make a return to UEFA Champions League football after a three-year spell at Roma in which he made an impressive 117 appearances.
Onana, meanwhile, joins the Nerazzurri on a free transfer after previously confirming he would not pen a new deal at Ajax Amsterdam, with whom he has spent his entire senior career until now.
The Cameroon sweeper-keeper featured on 212 occasions for the Dutch giants since breaking into the senior team in 2015, winning six trophies along the way.
