Ronaldo ended his nine-year spell at the Santiago Bernabeu to join the Old Lady in a deal believed to worth €105 million (R1.6 billion) during the latest transfer window.
Now, according to Italian publication Tuttosport, Juve want Marcelo and Isco to follow in Ronaldo's footsteps.
Marcelo was heavily tipped to join the Serie A champions before the start of the season, especially as it looked like Alex Sandro would join Chelsea or Paris Saint-Germain.
Isco, meanwhile, has seemingly been frozen out by new Los Blancos coach Santiago Solari, and is yet to start a game since the new manager took over from previous boss Julen Lopetegui.
It has been claimed that Marcelo's relationship with Solari has broken down, and that the Brazilian is already thinking about a farewell.
