Jose Mourinho has reportedly been offered a world-record contract that would see him earn a staggering €120 million (R2.3 billion) over two years.

Currently in charge of Roma in the Serie A, Mourinho is currently being linked with a host of different jobs around Europe.
Clubs such as Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have emerged as potential next destinations for the 60-year-old, but there is also believed to be an offer from the Middle East.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid tactician is being pursued by the Saudi Arabian FA to coach the country's national team following Herve Renard's recent departure.
The Italian publication claims Mourinho has received a €60 million (R1.1 billion) per year proposal from the Middle Eastern country, which includes a clause that would allow him to terminate his deal after 12 months or extend it until 2026.

It remains to be seen what the Portuguese will do, however, having recently suggested he will see out his deal at Roma that expires next year.
