Real Madrid's Big Kylian Mbappe Plan Revealed?

With Kylian Mbappe being one of Paris Saint-Germain's highest-paid players, and therefore one of the club's most expensive players, luring him away might be an almost impossible task. Real Madrid, however, reportedly have a special plan to sign him.

Many clubs across Europe dream of signing a young talent like Mbappe, but for Los Blancos, the general consensus seems to be that the transfer is inevitable.

In Zinedine Zidane and president Florentino Perez, the 21-year-old has two huge admirers, although luring him from France might be an unimaginably difficult job considering his wages and market value.

Mbappe is believed to be earning about €360 000 (R5.8 million) a week in Paris, and it has previously been suggested that it would take an offer of up to €350 million (R5.7 billion) for a team to secure his signature.

The Spanish giants, however, have a special plan in place in order to try to sign the France superstar, according to AS.

Perez will reportedly wait until 2021, when Mbappe has just a year remaining on his contract, before making a move, almost the same strategy he took in signing Eden Hazard from Chelsea.

It has been claimed that if the 13-time UEFA Champions League winners wait another year and a half, and Mbappe still has not signed a new contract at PSG, he could become available for a fee of about €150 million (R2.4 billion).

Mbappe admitted in a recent interview that "anything can happen" with regards to his future at the end of the season, but with Neymar more likely to leave, PSG will likely do everything in their power to ensure the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner stays in the French capital.
